As a coach of over 8 years, I have found that the number one obstacle that holds people back is their lack of accountability. You can sort through piles of information online and waste hours trying to find or build a workout program that may or may not work for you, but the best program is the one that you stay consistent with. I tell my clients to let me do the thinking, so that they can just focus on working hard.
I found my passion for fitness through competitive powerlifting after sustaining a major injury while playing sports. Pushing my physical and mental limits to rebuild my strength and confidence is one of the hardest challenges I have faced. This has evolved into a life long pursuit of helping others obtain their personal fitness goals.
