HIIT is a high intensity class, perfect for people looking to improve their speed, agility, and power. We focus on developing functional strength and explosive power to elevate your fitness to the next level.

Stretch and Recover is a lower intensity class that is designed to help alleviate stress, pain, and inflammation. Let the struggles of day to day life melt away as you learn how to breathe and facilitate recovery.
The classes are typically 50 minutes long unless specified otherwise, this allows employees to rest, recover, and change/shower before returning to work.
Each situation depends on the individual entity, but I typically offer classes 3 times per week.
Typically, I prefer to work in spaces that already have their own fitness area, however I can and will occasionally bring my own implements if the class calls for it.
